More model informationThis damaged grave slab is of a transitional style and likely dates to the early 13th century. It is located in the transept of Clonfert Cathedral. It has a Romanesque style lower terminal and is missing its arms and upper terminal. The ornament comprises of two lines framing a hollow. It may belong to a period of enhancement and reordering of the cathedral when the elaborate baptismal font and the similarly ornamented east window were installed.
