More model informationConstructed in 1813, the Triumphal Arch served as the gateway to the Custom House, situated just a short distance to the west along the river. Nowadays, it can be found by George’s Dock, adjacent to the Custom House Quay on the Liffey, opposite the entrance to EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum. It was relocated to its present position in 1998, as part of the area’s redevelopment. The arch is a notable point of interest and a prominent feature of the Docklands.
