People can’t afford rents even if they have a minmum wage job or two. Federal aid has been cut back so, California is unable to deal with our own homeless and the addition of out of State homeless makes it worse. This villiage is part of our Trump Towns. People from the South of our border seem to disapper and work and are not living on our streets. This model was shot from the BART train as we passed over the edge of Oakland’s industrial areas.
