Tudor Palace Wall, Floor and Turret

Initial stages of excavation of a thin Tudor wall, connecting to a larger block of what turned out to be a multi-angular turret, reinforced on the join by an octagonal pillar, and with a brick floor on the inside. Excavated by the Enfield Archeological Society in the grounds of Forty Hall, Enfield, July 2023, on the site of Elsyng Tudor Palace.
