First go project in Blender, definitely takes some getting used to. Fairly low-poly, 2 story building. I’m planning to make a bunch of props and turning it into a bookstore on the lower level and an apartment on the 2nd level. Modular, each floor is divided into 3 pieces, scaled for real life
