3D Model

Model was created in OnShape (www.onshape.com) 3D webbased modeling system and exported as Collada file (.DAE). This file was downloaded to Sketchfab. Allmoust everything is OK, but ther is some faults on top surface. Is this problem in Sketchfab or in Collada file ?
