Baixo-relevo em pedra representando um udjat (olho de Hórus), com vestígios de pintura vermelha e azul. Enquadrado em cima por uma linha simbolizando o céu, em baixo por outra simbolizando a terra e lateralmente por duas plantas de papiro.
O udjat era um poderoso símbolo divino, com origem na lendária batalha entre Hórus e Set, e era associado ao bem e à propsperidade.
