It’s everybody’s favourite uncle and grandpa… Uncle Grandpa!!!
I made this model using Fusion 360, and it’s separated in to different parts so it can be 3d printed in multiple colours even if you only have a machine capable of doing a single colour at a time. (Hence why you can see small gaps in the model) It’s been modelled with clearance gaps of 0.2mm, so once printed, all the pieces should just slot nicely in to their positions. Some glue may be required to keep together, but it really depends on your printer. Some may find the fit is tight enough without glue, while others may find they need to sand a little bit to make things fit. Given every printer is different, it’s hard to make them perfect for everyone, but I’ve foind 0.2mm tends to be a good clearance for most printers.
The download is a zip file that contains STL’s of each individual piece, as well as a single 3MF file that contains all the pieces in one file. It’s up to you as to which you prefer to use. :)
