What is actuall scale the UE mannequin ?
If you're using this as reference in Blender via FBX, make sure to scale down the asset by 0.01m from its original size.

Did you even check the model size? It's over 8 meters tall... anyways .. scaled it to .222 and it's okay now. Thanks!
