A city planed and build with Panzala, the problem was that the map of 1000x1000 was too huge at the time since the flat map wasn’t in the game, some building aren’t finished and with the year, a bloc of water spawn in the Capitol’s garden and we don’t know how to delete, and we were affraid to touch it

Also it was made at a time when the creative mod wasn’t in the game so no flying, but we had a mod to give us the cube needed
