This model is to be used for reference when making a 3D model.
Model is a bit bad but it should do the job for referencing the general shapes of the front part.
My 3D scene generated with photogrammetry software 3DF Zephyr v5.002 processing 268 images.

@aleck.sawkin2014 I have doubts on that. I emailed the museum owning the vehicle and they confirmed it is a URAL-375.
this is a diesel Ural 4320.with a YaMZ-740 engine
