This was originally a submission for Sketchfab’s weekly challenge during August 2019, which asked submitters to texture a model of a suitcase.
The model used is derived from a 3D scan by @abbyec, then retopped by @romullus https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/suitcasechallenge-texturing-challenge-model-c31368508079483b9cf0cb7a540b1329
I missed the end of the challenge due to travel, but decided to keep going with it :) The base model is mostly the same, with some additions and an extra texture set to aid the concept.
Details modeled and added in Maya and Zbrush. Textured in Substance Painter.
