Ventricular System - Colour Coded

3D Model

Colour coded 3D model of the human ventricular system - the spaces within the brain in which cerebrospinal fluid is produced and circulates through.

Model was created by manually segmenting a T1 Brain MRI in 3D Slicer (v5.2.1) , colours added using Blender (v3.2). MR Brain data was obtained from the Bullitt Healthy MR Dataset (Bullitt et al., 2005) from Kitware Data (https://data.kitware.com/#collection/591086ee8d777f16d01e0724/folder/58a372f38d777f0721a64df2) from the patient denoted Normal_001. The MR brain images from healthy volunteers distributed via Kitware Data for use in this project were collected and made available by the CASILab at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and were distributed by the MIDAS Data Server at Kitware, Inc.
