More model informationThis is the SCANIFY scan output of the Venus of Galgenberg, one of the most ancient figurines from the Aurignacian culture. Dated to ca. 30,000 years ago, it was discovered in 1988 close to Stratzing, in Austria. Fuel3D had the honour of 3D scanning it at Museum of Natural History in Vienna. Thanks to the partnership with the 3D printing company Trideus, the model has since been 3D printed and showcased at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium during the Expo2050 “A brief history of the future” from September 11, 2015 until January 24, 2016.
