V.E.P. IX: Nuclear Telescope 3D Model
Vanguard Exploration Project Structure IX: Nuclear Telescope
The Nuclear Telescope enables Explorers to see far beyond the reaches of their settlements by utilizing atomic power cells, precisely ground optics, and infrared light. Its four ogives align to focus on and photograph far off targets. The telescope is capable of taking images of cellestial bodies up to thirty billion light years away and is able to detect life-supporting matter such as oxygen and water. Dubbed the Project’s first “smart optic”, the Telescope has become critical to the identification of sustainable human habitats.
