More model informationTypically called a “Viking Sword”, it dates around 1000 A.D. with a 75cm blade.
One interesting about “Viking” swords is that their grips are usually quite short, around 8.5cm for this model. If you have large hands like me, you probably cannot fit it inside this grip if you would grip it like a hammer. People have theories of how these swords should be griped, and one of them is to trip like a hand-shake by wrapping your pinky finger around the pommel.
