My entry to #VillainsLairChallenge !

On one small empty desert planet outside Empire Forces jurisdiction our villain once discovered occurancies of very rare quantum-charged alloy - scanners shown pure allow outbursts just piercing the dunes. Undiscovered by any corporations, this was a perfect opportunity to settle with out-of-the-reach base - alloy allowed almost unlimited amount of quantum relaying energy supply for instant teleportation, while almost unbearably unstable and strong EM field provided a planet-size cloacking shield. One problem arised - who will actually help to build such a place? Perhaps those, who need quick, untracked transportation of any kind of cargo to any point on galamap…
