Vishap from Kamyana Mohyla

A rock art sculpture image from Kamyana Mohyla, Ukraine. Presumably pictures the chtonic fish-like creature and was created during Mesolithic period (9000—7000 BC). After, during Early Bronze Age. this image was modified by Yamna culture people who added the footprint pictogram. The sculpture is created on the long sandstone protrusion inside the narrow grotto. The length of the figure is 0.57 m. The detailed interpretation of the sculpture will be presented in the upcoming article.
