VL 82 (Vladimir Lenin, type 82) is a two-sections, two-systems soviet electric locomotive. The construction is based on VL10 and VL80 earlier models. Together with a VL82m modification was in production since 1966 till 1979 years at Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant in USSR (Russia).
