The historical Vlad III The Impaler, an ancient hero, was found and revived after several experiments performed by Lorraine Dragan. For this she used principaly the DNA of Hela, a certain bat genoma and the blood of the woman reincarnation of Lilith, however, before suceeding Lorraine created several imperfect vampires with her failed experiments, turning herself into one.

Not happy with this, Lorraine injected her blood on him, to turn into a vampire like herself; so his hair turned white, his eyes changed and his fangs where now growing, but something else changed the DNA of Dracula converting him eventualy into a mutation. A Dragon.
