Mild donward displacement of septal leaflet of TV
Small aneurysm of sinus venosus
VSD, conoventricular type
PDA, large
Hypoplasia of MV
Mild hypoplasia of LV and LV papillary musculature
Mild underdevelopment of right coronary-noncoronary commissure

Other diagnosis related to cardiovascular anatomy - Conjoined twin B, joined from the level of diaphragm caudad. Single liver, duplicated small bowel, and common colon remnant of leg fused posteriorly.

Past cardiovascular surgery/intervention - None

Cause of death - Intraoperative death while separating the conjoined twins
