I have created my own concept for a Tenno in the game Warframe! This is a personal project for me to get back into the swing of creating art ready for my second semester of university. I used Zbrush and Substance Painter to create the model. I learned a lot from this project, I learned how to use high poly detail and create texture/normal maps for low poly versions. I also learned how to rig and pose the character using Zspheres. Using Substance painter to create the textures was an eye-opening experience being able to create realistic materials and fabrics. Renders were made in Substance Painter using Iray, I’d like to take the model into a better rendering program and create better lighting but I will have to wait until I can get onto A University Computer to get access to Maya (sigh). I struggled a lot with the technical aspects such as UV unwrapping and learning the programs UI but I now feel confident using this workflow again. Feedback and general questions would be great!
