Washbox - How it works 3D Model
The Washbox comprises 2 tanks, 2 wash trays, and a filter module. The bottom tank hold water and a submersible pump. This pump delivers water to hoses that allow people to wash tools like paint brushes direct into the wash trays. The dirty washwater is captured in the tank between the bottom tank and the wash trays. here it is dosed with a chemical and automatically stirred then left to remain still for a while. Then the dirty solids will fall to the bottom of this tank, and the clean water will sit on top. the clean water is drained back to the bottom tank through an automated valve, then the waste from the bottom of the middle tank is pumped up to the filters where the waste is captured and the left over water drains back to the same tank it came from. Next day - The waste in the filter bags is now dry, and the bags are removed and emptied into a bin labelled “Masonry Recycling Bin”
