A Grotto and Aviary under a large photovotaic roof
Water from the Delaware is pumped to the top where it recirculates over various bio-remediation cycles.
Essentially an industrial water bio- filter above a massive multihuled spherical containment vessel, (A depository for dug up toxic ground material that is threating and polluting groundwater)
Waste dirt ( from “superfund sites”) will be stored and contained until facilities and means are secured for cleaning and reclaimation.
