Wave Scan

3D Model

A draft of scan of a moving wave in a OMEY wave tank. Sixteen Nikon D810 cameras triggered with Pocket Wizards Plus IIIs on a custom aluminum scanning dome. Sawdust was used on the surface of the water to aid in model creation. The finished models will be 3D printed and artists Lisa Beth Robinson from ECU and Kristin Thielking from the University of Wisconsin will make glass sculptures from the cast created from the 3D print.
