The strength of the acid has nothing to do with the concentration. A weak acid and the strong acid can have the same concentrations but their pH values can be different. A strong acid dissociates almost fully which leads to a high concetration of hydronium ions and thus a lower pH than the weak acid at the same concentration. A weak acid is only partially dissociated and therefore it will have a lower concentration of hydronium ions and thus a higher pH value than the strong acid at the same concentration. Both the strength of the acid and the concentration of the acid inflluences the pH.
