Size: 12 x 4 x 1.5 cm
Type: Metamorphic rock
Description: This is a weakly metamorphosed Lower Devonian nodular limestone, the white fine-grained calcareous nodules have heavily chloritised rims in a paler green chlorite/calcite groundmass. This marble is known also as campan vert orcipollino verde mandolato.
Essential minerals: Calcite
Non-essential minerals: sometimes none :), but Graphite, Pyrite, Ilmenite can be present.
