Area of exposed outcrop towards the eastern end of Weetwood Moor, near Wooler, Northumberland.
One of over two dozen carvings clustered together on Weetwood Moor. This area of exposure is referenced ‘Weetwood Moor 2d’ on the Beckensall Archive and consists of a cluster of cups and a cup with a partial ring. The latter motif wasn’t covered by photogrammetry during NADRAP recording. Added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008.
