“Weight of the world”
sometimes I dream I am weightless…
.
Weight weighs a lot, especially when it’s concentrated into small volumes. Snow is nice… and light. Doesn’t weigh much. Unless you cram a bunch of it together, which you shouldn’t do. That’s just irresponsible…
.
The density of water is 1000 kg/m^3 and snow density is usually measured as a ratio to this. So snow which is 100 kg/m^3 is specified as 100/1000, or 10 percent (of the density of water). Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snow for more stimulating litterature.
