Here are the steps I undertook as part of the project:
I began with a hand drawn concept: Then sculpted the major forms in Zbrush: To retopologise I used topogun, which was awesome and fast. Once the UV’s were laid out on my low res mesh I took the model to substance painter to get the skin definition and various maps.

Made him nice and spooky in time for halloween!
