Whisper is a silent, shy, and well meaning sniper in the Sonic IDW comics, she is best friends and has a sisterly bond with Tangle, she used to be part of a team of mercenaries called the dimond cutters, and she now is on a restoration team with the same name, consisting of her, Tangle, and Lanolin.
