Been busy making my minecraft resourcepack in the past couple years. And in the course of it I’ve made several highpoly sculpt + texture work just for baking realistic textures for various mobs. The highpoly sculpts are separated into parts according to the lowpoly model so it’s easier for texture baking.
The witch design was mostly based on default minecraft. Modified some stock scanned models for the head and shoes. The highpoly hair was modified specifically for this upload, original version were laid out differently just for baking.

Scroll thru the posts to find free versions. The pack supports normal/specular and LabPBR format emissive/SSS mapping.
Minecraft lowpoly modeled in blockbench, clothing simulated in marvelous designer, highpoly sculpted and remeshed in zbrush, uv unwrapped in 3ds max, textured in substance painter, high-to-low texture bake in 3ds max, final texture edit in photoshop.
