It’s a generic, invented model based on the box-stove style. An example of such stove was made, for example, by the Atlanta Stove Works, a foundry active between 1898 and 1957. Box stove models have been around since the first half of the 1800s. Similar models are still being made today.
The black handle in front of the pot was used to lift the cover lid plate from the top of the stove, when needed for cooking.
