More model information

The American Clipper ship Panther was launched in 1854. It was 193.7 feet long and 1,260 tons. It left Nanaimo with 1,750 tons of coal on Saturday 17 January 1874 in direction of San Francisco. It was beached just south of Wallace Island BC after striking a rock. Everyone on board survived. It now lies in 10 m / 30 feet of water with its hull still full of coal.
