Girl is bestowed with the wooden curse which slowly turns her flesh into wood. She gets outcast and abandoned in the woods as her body rots from the inside. She decides to invite the friendly looking spiders to dwell inside her, as her body won’t serve her for much longer. Very fun and wholesome tale.

“From one perspective the play was a failure. No one actually showed up. No audience, no actors, it just never really happened at all. Carrington had said this project was the culmination of a decade of work and study. It was important to him, critical to him, to his perception of himself and his conception of his soul. And it’s not that he was deliberately snubbed either. No insult to art, just that the living of life often takes precedence over the artistic deconstruction of it.”
