Project Overview: This 3D model represents a collaborative effort with a Auglands and leading German manufacturer known for their high-end pumps. Our goal was to transform STEP files into a sophisticated mid-poly model, optimized for 3D configurators with augmented reality (AR) capabilities, enhancing both spatial placement and promotional strategies.

Technical Process: Starting with complex STEP files, I meticulously refined them into clean, unwrapped quads, ensuring a balanced blend of detail and performance. By employing advanced baking techniques, I captured ambient occlusion (AO) effectively, enriching the visual depth and realism of the model without compromising its efficiency.
