Yaramayawho: The Outback Vampire3D Model
The Yaramayhawho is said to live in fig trees and resemble a frog-man with red skin, very big head, large mouth, with no teeth and suckers on the ends of its hands and feet. Instead of hunting for food, it waits for unsuspecting travelers to rest under the tree. The creature then drops down and uses its suckers to drain the victims blood and swallows them whole. When it awakens it will regurgitate the victim leaving them shorter than before. The person’s skin will also have a reddish tint to it and have no recollection of the event. The creature will then follow its victim and turn it into a Yara-ma-yha-who themselves. It is only active during the day and targets living prey.
This modern depiction features the Yaramayawho as a Australian Toad/Man that is swallowing a victim whole. You can see the liquid within its “vocal sac” is helping nuetralize and weaken the victim. Like most frogs, you can see it has patches of hair along its body and limbs.
