Yarnaby appears to be a lion-like monster covered in multicolored yarn acting as a sort of mane and fur-like covering all over the body. On his orange-yellow head, two strands of yarn are poking out, giving the yarn the impression of hair. His face consists of two large cartoony eyes with black irises and a big grin with three fangs poking out from his lower jaw. His split-lined face bisects to reveal a large, toothy, fleshy mouth with the two halves connected only by a small hole that leads to the throat and surrounded with more small jagged teeth. Yarnaby walks on all fours with orange-yellow legs with lighter coloured, three-toed paws; his Bigger Bodies form also has sharp bone white claws. Also in the artwork he has no claws.
