More model informationThis is believed to be the remains of a 6000 year old house and the oldest yet found in the Yorkshire Dales (England). The site, which is close to Yanbury Henge was excavated in June 2014 by students from the University of Bradford assisted by members of the Upper Wharfedale Heritage Group. Amongst the finds were post holes and a hearth.
This model was created from several vertical images captured using a DJI Phantom 2 mounted GoPro 3+ black. The imagery wasn’t intended to be used for modelling, hence some stretching has occurred within the mesh on vertical sides.
