York Museums Trust: Funeral Biscuit mould

Dr Phil Cox at Department of Archaeology at the University of York created a model of a Victorian funeral biscuit (cookie) mould held by the York Museums Trust. This model of a biscuit mould was then 3D printed and used to make actual biscuits for the York Death and Culture Walk. The original was too fragile to use.

The biscuits were delicious!
