More model informationDrawing wells were in past times as cattle watering places not to be imagined without and were a fixed component of the cultural landscape in the Seewinkel (Burgenland). The steppe landscape of the Seewinkel is the result of centuries of grazing with cattle, sheep, horses and pigs. The model shows a re-enactment of a grazing scene near a draw well. The monument in St. Andrä am Zicksee was designed by the “VC Bauchfleisch” association.
