Shakespeares New Place 3D Models

New Place is the demolished medieval home of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. Archaeological excavations were undertaken between 2010 and 2015 which confirmed the existence and layout of the building.

The results have been published in 'Finding Shakespeare's New Place- An archaeological biography', by Paul Edmondson, William Mitchell and Kevin Colls, 2016, Manchester University Press.

The virtual objects on display here represent a small number of the artefacts recovered on the site. These have been scanned using structured light 3D scanners.
