Introducing direct export from Polybrush

Back to overview

We’re excited to share a terrific new tool to get creative in 3D and directly upload your work to Sketchfab in a matter of seconds. Introducing our new partnership with Polybrush.

Polybrush is a 3D editor for 3D concept art, fast modeling and sculpting. It was created by the incredibly talented artist Arseniy Korablev for fellow artists looking for a new way to quickly prototype and create in 3D.

Polybrush is unique from traditional desktop 3D modeling software by allowing you to build up models by drawing in space using three dimensional brushes. Choose your parameters and create a huge amount of your own brushes.

Polybrush has several other new tools such as a Bones and Lathe tool, which help with Hard Surface modeling. There are also sculpting brushes and choice of polygonal and voxel modes.

No matter how you use Polybrush, it’s available at the incredibly affordable price of $20 per year (with a 30 day trial), and you can download a free version (with some limitations) to get going right away. Both versions support direct export to Sketchfab.

To celebrate our partnership and to see what you create with Polybrush, we’re giving away some prizes:

  • A Sketchfab Cardboard VR viewer + 6 months of Sketchfab PRO to the first 10 artists who upload their work to Sketchfab directly from Polybrush (Tagged “polybrush” by the software).
  • 6 months free PRO membership for the following 20 artists.
  • 3 months free PRO membership for the following 20 after that.

So what are you waiting for? Head on over to Polybrush.org to download either version and get creating for a chance to see your new creations in VR right from your phone.
