Rememory Adds Sketchfab Integration

Back to overview

We’re pleased to announce that Rememory, an app for capturing 3D videos, now allows its users to directly export their captures to Sketchfab for easy viewing and sharing. The resulting models are point clouds that use timeframe animation. The app is currently only available on LiDAR-compatible iOS devices.

How to export from Rememory to Sketchfab

  1. Create your volumetric video using Rememory
  2. Click the My Studio Tab at the bottom of the screen
  3. Next to the video that you want to upload, click the button with the three dots and select ‘Upload to Sketchfab’ in the popup that appears. The app may prompt you to log in to Sketchfab, if you are not already logged in.
  4. Confirm the upload size of the file—depending on your Sketchfab plan type, your uploads may have size limitations that you will need to keep in mind.
  5. Your 3D capture will upload as a draft. Add a title and description, adjust any post-processing, and, when you are satisfied with the model’s presentation, publish!
