We are a growing team of 25 people who value creativity, passion, caring and craziness.
We’re explorers. We are geeks, we’re ambitious and perseverant, collaborative and attentive. We care about how things are done and try to remain humble.
But above all else, we care about people, and we have fun!
We pay careful attention to growing the team steadily to ensure that we get to know every team member. That’s important to us!
We chat a lot, and use daily and weekly 1on1 and team meetings to stay on the same page. We also keep in touch with other offices with 24/7 live streaming, weekly casual chats between the teams, and have the opportunity to work in Paris or New York for 6 weeks.
As working together doesn’t mean we can’t make friends, we organize weekly team drinks with our friends and loved ones, we take time to have lunch together, and have a lot of fun during our yearly week of retreat!
We work in Sketchfab-blue-walls and dog-friendly offices, equipped with VR rooms, and enjoy snacks and drinks every day!
As we are a small team, each of us wears many different hats, so we learn a lot. We invite guests to share insights and inspire us, welcome our community members and top artists to our offices, and take time to step back every week to discuss how we can make our house always better.
We pay attention to the new content published by the community, interact with creators, and spend time picking the best work to feature. We also create 3D content ourselves, often using with VR drawing and 3D scanning tools!

Not only do I get to work alongside an awesome team, I also get the privilege of working with some of the most innovative and talented VR and 3D artists out there who make up the Sketchfab community.
