Carnival costumes are so wild, how could I resist? Based on a costume from Bliss Carnival’s 2011 collection. This an an older piece, circa ~2014, I dug up on my hard drive and finished. As they say, last 10% takes 90% of your time. made in Blender, 3D Coat, and Photoshop.
