Spanish sauropod dinosaur braincase & endocast

This model accompanies an article published in the open-access journal PLOS ONE on 7 October 2015, describing a new titanosaurian dinosaur braincase from the Cretaceous “Lo Hueco” locality in Spain, with an analysis of its brain endocast structure (http://bit.ly/1j9gljn). The article authors are Fabien Knoll, Lawrence M. Witmer, Ryan C. Ridgely, Francisco Ortega, and Jose Luis Sanz. The specimen, MCCM-HUE-1667, was CT scanned on an Yxlon CT Compact (Yxlon International, Hamburg, Germany).
