EN: The head of a colf club, used to play colf, a game that can be seen as a precursor to the modern Dutch version referred to as kolf, and an early variant of the more well-known golf. One of 16 clubs in total that were found in a shipwreck. Dimensions of the head: length: 10, width: 4, heigth: 4 cm. Kept at the Dutch National Maritime Archaeological Depot at Museum Batavialand. Excavated from shipwreck OM11, found on lot M11 near Biddinghuizen in the province of Flevoland, the Netherlands. Wreck date: ca. 1540.

NL: De slof van een colfstok, gebruikt in het colfspel, dat wordt gezien als voorganger van het moderne kolf, en een vroege variant van het bekendere golf. Éën van 16 colfstokken die zijn gevonden in een scheepswrak. Afmetingen slof: lengte: 10 cm, breedte: 4 cm, hoogte: 4 cm. Nationaal Scheepsarcheologisch Depot, Museum Batavialand.
