More model information3D model of three of the rock art panels from Avencal 1 (Piazza 1966; Rohr 1971; Piazza and Prous 1977; Prous 1994; Riris and Corteletti 2015). This is a rock art archaeological site in the southern Brazilian highlands adjacent to the Avencal waterfall in the area of Urubici, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The site comprises a sandstone rock face, with several panels of engraved rock art, in the form of geometric shapes, human faces and figures as well as zoomorphic figures. The engravings have been associated with the archaeological record of southern Jê groups of the region.
