Courier for Dota 2 created by Shaylyn Hamm and myself. I did rigging & animation, she did modeling & texturing. It’s not in the game yet, but if you voted for it on the Steam Workshop, maybe he could be ;)

For reference, most of these are always seen from a top-down perspective… and an erratum: the ground was mistakenly placed 10 units too low in the “Flying - Death” animation, but I can’t be bothered to go back and fix it ;)
The courier is 3500 triangles in either of its forms (ground/flying). In order to be able to switch between them on Sketchfab, I had to do an awful hack to duplicate the skeleton for each pair of front flippers; then, the sub-hierarchy of bones corresponding to the flying set was scaled down to 1% in order to hide it during the ground animations, and vice versa! (I tried out morph shapes but it only worked in the one big uncut anim timeline)
